Frequently asked questions.

What are we making at each class? It’s always a surprise! Each class highlights 5–10 local farmers, makers, and producers. Every menu is built around what’s in season and locally available, so no two dinners are ever the same.

Do you accommodate food allergies? Because our menus are based on what’s freshest and most seasonal, we typically finalize dishes just a few days before each event. If you have food allergies, please message us after purchasing your ticket — we’ll do our best to communicate and accommodate when possible.

How should we expect the night to go? Your evening begins with a cocktail hour one hour before class starts.
During class, you’ll help prepare 1–3 seasonal dishes featuring 5–10 local vendors. As we cook together, we’ll share fun facts and stories about the farmers and makers behind each ingredient.
Once the cooking is complete, we’ll clear the tables, decorate them with flowers and dishes, and sit down together for a local feast — ending the night with dessert, laughter, and new friendships.

Is there an age limit? Yes, attendees must be 21 years or older.

I want to attend a dinner, but tickets aren’t for sale yet. When will they be posted? All event dates for the year are listed on our website. Tickets for each event go live 30 days in advance, so check back or join our email list to be notified when they’re available.

What if I can’t make it? Do you offer refunds? At this time, we do not issue refunds.

There aren’t any Dinner Parties in my city yet — how can we make this happen? We’d love to expand! If you know of a great space or local venue that might be a good fit, email or message us with your ideas.

Do you ever do gluten-free or dairy-free classes? Several of our past dinners have been gluten-free and/or dairy-free, but since menus are finalized about a week before each event, we can’t guarantee it every time. In the future, we may offer dedicated allergy-friendly events — stay tuned!

Do I need to be a business owner or have a storefront to host a Dinner Party?
Not at all! We love hosting private Dinner Parties — perfect for birthdays, team events, or gatherings with friends.

What’s the minimum and maximum group size?
Private parties require a minimum of 20 guests and can accommodate up to 35 guests.

If I’m hosting, what do I need to provide?
You’ll need to provide:

  • The space

  • Tables and chairs for guests

  • Access to several electrical outlets for our portable cooktops
