Oakdale Cheese × E & H Mushrooms × Backroad Blooms × The Dinner Party Experience

This Dinner Party Experience unfolds as a beautifully curated, outdoor evening rooted in craft, seasonality, and the joy of learning where food begins.

Guests will start at E & H Mushrooms for a private farm tour, where you’ll learn how mushrooms are grown, explore a variety of specialty types, and gain insight into their role in the kitchen. Guests will leave with a thoughtfully prepared goodie bag and have the opportunity to purchase fresh mushrooms directly from the farm.

From there, guests will make their way to Oakdale Cheese, where you’ll enjoy a history of the creamery and a deliciously exclusive cheese tasting. After you have enjoyed the specialty cheese, you will take a stroll through Backroad Blooms flower fields. Experiencing the delight of cutting fresh flowers for the evening ahead and an exploration of this amazing local flower farm! The evening continues outdoors with a guided, hands-on cooking class, designed in the spirit of our traditional Dinner Party Experience, but set against a more rustic backdrop.

The seasonal menu is intentionally built around Oakdale Cheese and E & H Mushrooms, highlighting thoughtful techniques, local ingredients, and the pleasure of cooking together. A selection of complimentary wine will be offered as a gesture of hospitality alongside dinner.
