Oakdale Cheese × E & H Mushrooms × The Dinner Party Experience

This signature Dinner Party Experience brings an immersive, expanded evening to two of Oakdale’s most celebrated artisans. Guests will begin with a private tour of Oakdale Cheese, exploring their craft, history, and traditional cheesemaking process. Next, E & H Mushrooms will lead a hands-on demonstration, introducing guests to specialty mushrooms and how to work with them in the kitchen.

From there, we gather around the table to cook a seasonal, abundant meal featuring ingredients from local farms, makers, and of course—Oakdale Cheese and E & H Mushrooms.
